How it runs

  1. Define the business

We work through your idea, your market and your goals, and write the business plan.

  2. Plan the numbers and the structure

We build the 12-month financial model and choose the right legal structure and tax regime.

  3. Register and license

Teer's licensed legal and accounting team handles the registration and licensing.

  4. Set up and hand over

We set up banking, invoicing and bookkeeping, install your first systems, and give you a plan for the first 30 days. We stay on for 30 days of follow-up support.

What is not included

  • Capital raising
  • Government registration and licensing fees, which are paid to the authorities at cost and quoted before you sign
  • Delays caused by government processing times

Is Launch right for you?

  • You have an idea and capital ready to invest
  • You want it done properly the first time
  • You would rather deal with one team than coordinate lawyers, accountants and consultants yourself

Many founders keep Teer on after launch for monthly legal and accounting support and a regular check-in. See how it works
