From idea to institution.

Teer helps founders launch real, registered businesses, and helps organizations that are already running work without everything depending on one person.

The Teer path Two entry points, Launch for an idea and Assess for an operating organization, lead into Build, which leads into Operate. Launch Idea to operating company Assess Already operating to 90-day roadmap Build Roadmap put into practice Operate Ongoing support

Start where you are

Launch

You have an idea and the capital to invest. We take you to a registered, licensed, operating company.

  • A written business plan and a 12-month financial model
  • Legal structure, registration and licensing handled for you
  • Banking, invoicing, bookkeeping and your first working systems

5 to 6 weeks. Fixed fee.

Assess

You already operate, and it is starting to strain. We find what is broken and tell you what to fix first.

  • A review of governance, finance, people, operations, communications and growth readiness
  • A scorecard and a prioritized 90-day roadmap
  • A readout with your leadership team

2 to 3 weeks. Fixed fee.

Then we build it with you

Build. We put the roadmap into practice with your team, one workstream at a time, each with defined deliverables and milestones. Specialist consultants do the work and Teer manages it throughout.

Operate. When you want it, we stay on after the build: ongoing legal and accounting support, a regular check-in, or an operations lead embedded part-time while you grow your own team.

What you get when you work with Teer

Someone who has built these systems

Teer is led by an operator who has set up and run organizations from zero, in business, government and the nonprofit sector. We do the work with you, and you end up with something that runs without us.

One team for the whole setup

Legal, tax and accounting work is handled by Teer's licensed legal and accounting team, so nothing falls between separate advisers.

Fixed scope, fixed fee

Every engagement has a defined scope, a timeline and a fee, agreed before you sign. No open-ended hours.

Tell us where you are.

Share what you are building or running and what is not working. We will tell you whether Launch or Assess is the right first step.
