How Teer works

Two ways in, then two ways to keep going. Every engagement has a defined scope, a timeline and a fee agreed before you sign.

  1. Launch or Assess

    Launch if there is no operating organization yet. Assess if there is. Launch takes 5 to 6 weeks. Assess takes 2 to 3 weeks.

  2. Build

    We put the roadmap into practice with your team. Each workstream has a fixed fee, defined deliverables and milestones. Specialist consultants deliver the work and Teer manages it from start to finish.

  3. Operate

    Ongoing support so the systems keep working as you grow. There are three levels.

    Operate-lite
    Available after Launch. Ongoing legal and accounting support, a monthly check-in and system upkeep.
    Operate-partner
    Everything in Operate-lite, plus a monthly performance and finance review and regular operational guidance.
    Operate-interim
    A Teer operations lead embedded part-time, running day-to-day operations while you build your own team.
